We had an excellent experience from our initial contact with Jennifer online. We spent weeks going over listings and fine tuning our search sharing many emails and phone calls. We flew in from Pennsylvania with some ideas of what we were looking for. We met with Jennifer and her partner Pam. They were fantastic in lining up homes to see and builders to talk with. within 2 days we found the right company to build us a new home. I would highly recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for a new home.

She does a 5 star job. She's great However, if I started over, I would have chosen Colwell Banker in Port Charlotte. They are a more local broker with better knowledge of selling Woodhaven Villas. Michael Saunders Agency has not sent a single broker with a prospect in 52 days.
